Extended-release of soliddispersions of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs ketoprolen were prepared by solvent method using Eudragit RL 100 as the inet caries. The effects of different polymer ratios of Eudragit RL 100 various formulations of solid dispersions on the in vitro release profile of ketoprofen from the powder of solid dispersion system were investigated, The result showed that increasing in ratio of polymer Eudragit RL 100, sustained the release of ketoprotein from the solid dispersion. This technique may ofter the advantages of efficiency and simplicty in the design and development of extended-release dosage from.
