Uji Efek Hemostatik Ekstrak Etanol 96% Herba Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L) pada Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus L) Jantan Galur Sprague Dawley (SD) {Hemostatic Test of Etanol 90% Extract of Agatum conyzoides L Herb on Male Sparague Dawley (SD) Rats}

Empiricly, bandotan herbs (Ageratum conyzoides L) is widely used of people to stop the continuous bleeding, like the haemorrhage after give birth, nosebleed, etc. Due to this condition, the research of giving the bandotan herbs etanol 96% extract that can effect the hemostatic of shile male rats who have heparin injection was conducted. The blood coagulation time was measured based on aPTT (activated partial thromboplatim time). The concentration of extract that used in this research are 40%,60%,80% and it given 1 hour orally after heparin injection. The blood coagulation time is determined between two and three hour after extract was given. The result of the research is that etanol extract of concentration 60% and 80% have the hemostatic effect
