Gambaran Efek Samping Kombinasi Obat Kesesuaian Dosis pada Pasien Multiple drug Resistance Tuberculosis (TB MDR) di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Persahabatan Tahun 210 (Description of Side Effects, Combination and Dose Reasonably of Drug in Patients Multiple Drug Resistance Tuberculosis (TB MDR) of Persahabatan Hospital in 2010
Multiple Drug Resistance Tuberkulosis (MDR TB) is caused by germs Mycobacterium tUberculosis that are resistan to antituberculosis drugs minimal two Rifampicin and isoniazid with or without resistance to other drugs antituberculosis. MDR TB program’s in Indonesia is currently implemented in two hospital tahat are Persabatan Hospital Jakarta Surabaya. This study aims at describing side effects of drugs combinations and dose comfomity in MDR TB. Research in using descriptive method with retrospective deta collection. Sampling conducted in a total sampling to TB MDR pateints programmed in a public hospital Persahabatan in 210. After collecting the data, than discussed it descriptively. Results showed that, base on gender perspective MDR TB patients 36,3% of female and 59,21 of male. Side effects of combination MDR TB patients was much complained of nausea and vomiting and based on doseconfromity to the standard dose of MDR TB program’s in public Hospital Oersahabatan Indicated that dosing is not appropriate for 51,31%
