Analisis Interaksi NADH-Ubiquinon Oxidoreductase (Complex I)Interaction with Acetogenin on Annona Muricata)
Acetogenins dontained in Annona muricata have potential as inhibitors of the enzyme NADH-ubiquinon oxidoreductase (Complex) in cancer, inhibition of the enzyme NADH-ubiquinon oxidoreductase (complex 1) can reduce the production of ATP as an energy source of cancer cells. This in silico molecular docking method was used, to study the interaction between the enzyme as a receptor and ligand with a group of acatogenine as a receptor and ligand with a group of acetagenins as rotenon and piericidin A as a standard compound. The interaction energy of binding , affinity binding and hydrogen bonding enzyme complexes was studied. The results showed that there were four acetagenins compound. This it can be conduded that the four compounds can be used as anticancer
