Aktivitas Imunomodulator Ekstrak Etanol, 70% Herba Kucing - Kucingan (Acalypha Indical) Berdasarkan Respon Antibodi Antitetanus Serum pada Mencit setelah Diimunisasi dengan Toksoid Tetanus (TT) (Immunomodulator Activity of Etanol 70% Extract of Acalypha Indica Base on Antibody Antitetanus Respons on Toxoid - tethanus Immunized - Mice Serum)

Previous study described that ethanol 7% extract of Acelypha indica have immunomodulator effect baseon increasing of phagocyte activity, not only in vitro but also by in vivo studied. In this study, immunomodulator activity was tested using five group of mice. Each group was given standard diet, negative group was given 0,5% NaCMC suspensitive group was given Stimuno 0,39 mg/20g BW, 3rd, 4th, and 5th group was given extract subsequently for 3, 1075 mg/20g BW, 6,2149 mg/20g BW and 12,4298 mg/20gBW orally for 7 days and then be immunized with Toxoid-Tetanus (TT). On 14th day after immunized the mice blood been taken for antitetanus test by ELISA method. The result showed that were significantly differences between titer antibody of negative and positive control. Among the positive group, 3rd,4th, and 5ty group there were not significantly differences, soi it can be concluded that the extract have an immunodulator activity as equlvalent as stimuno
