This case report introduced rhinoplaty as a method for correction of nasal deformity after trauma. Deformity in patient 1 was diagnosed as saddie nose after trafic acident as saddie nose after trafic accident Rhinopplasty was carried out in sequence: 1) nasal septum correction, 2) intercartilage,perichonincision, 3) elevation to separate cartilage, perichondrium, 4) left and right lateral osteotomy and nasofrontal angle, 5) nasal dorsum lifting using elevator, 6) reconstruction of nose and gypsum, installation outside the nose and gypsum installation outside the nose. In patient 2, the deformity 1 year ago. The diagnosis was nasal septum deviation. The butterfy incision was carried out.
