Pengujian 5 Merek Minuman Isotonik dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia

Researach abroad shows that drinks clain isotonic but it is hypertonic. There is also drinks which has ingredients that quite different from it’s label. This reserach is intended to provide guidance for consumers in selecting isotonic drinks in order to going optimum benefit for health and fitnrss of body. The objective of this research is to determine whether quality standard of isotonic drinks in the market of content by selecting 3 bottles of isotonic drinks for every brand from 5 selected brand i.e. Mizone code A. Pocari Sweat coded B. Vitazone coded C., coded D and Cotorade coded E. The sample were taken from factory, modern market and traditional market so total sample were 45 bottles. The analysis shows that all of brand is in difference of sugar natrium, kalium and calsium level means among the 5 products. Duncan test reveals that product B has sugarlevel significantly higher than the other product p (0.000) while product BCE has sugar level significantly higher than product A and D with p walue
