Faktor yang Berpengaruh terhadap Hipertensi dalam Kehamilan (Suatu Studi di RSU Dr. Syaiful Anwar Malang)

Hypertension in pregnancy is one of the problems that occur in obstetrict service eiter on developed and developing contries. It is also one of the main ceuses of the increasing maternal or perinatal’s morbidity and mortality. Based on the report of Epidemiology department at Faculty of Medicine Hasanudin Universty 2007, the prevaence of hypertension in pregnancy was around 7-10% from all pregnancies with some influence factors. General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar in Malang is one of the education hospitals with recommendation in east java has significant contribution in handling hypertension in pregnancy. The objective of this study is to find out prevalence of hypertension in pregnancy and also to clearly reveal the roles of the factor that influencing in answering the better way to handile hypertension in pregnancy. The method of this study was cross sectional with 720 pregnant mothers in Maternal Clinic in General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar in Malang as the subjects in 3 months length time. The data were collected through questionnaire that later analyzed with chi square test for bivariable analysis and multivariate regressive logistic analysis to find the correlation from many independent variable simultaneusly to dependent variables with significant limit based on p35), and IMT more than 25 kg/m. The conclusion of this study was General Hospital Dr. Saiful Anwar needed to do widely evalauation that can be conduced by midwifes, hospital doctors, or specialist doctor to do scrutinizing evaluation on comlplication in hypertension or to find out the cause of hypertension that can be be cured if the medical record, physical examination, or simple test led to the possibility, so the mortality and morbidity caused by hypertension in pregnancy can be minimized.
