Hubungan Faktor Lingkungan Fisik dan Perilaku dengan Kejadian Malaria di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Hanura Kecamatan Padang Cermin Kabupaten Pesawaran Tahun 2010
Abstrac: Relationship of Physical Environmental Factors and Behaviors with the Incidence of Malaria in the Region of Padang Snbdlstrict Health Ceater mirror Hanura Pesawaran District in 2010. Case control study design was aimed to determine' the relationship of physical environmental factors and behaviors with the incidence of malaria in the region of Padang subdistrict health center mirror Hanura Pesawaran District in 2010, with a total sample of 140 people. Data were collected through interviews and observation, then analyzed by Kai Test Squares and Multiple Logistic Regression. The results of bivariate analysis showed that variables associated with the incidence of malaria by 95% degree of confidence in the statistical analysis obtained: TPN (p = 0.005), use of wire gauze(p = 0.023), use of Joan (p = 0.037), use of repellent (p = 0.038) , and go out at night (p = 0.005). Variables that are not associated with the incidence of malaria is the use of mosquito nets (p = 1.000). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the dominant factor associated with the incidence of malaria is go out at night, use of Joan, TPN, and use repeQent. The study produced important factor that causes malaria TPN, while the deterrent factor is the behavior of wearing repellent, use of anti-mosquito, and habits go out at night. It is recommended to:
