The objective of the study is identification of adolescent knowledge about drug abuse. the study is descriptive, using cross sectional design. The population is the student of class XII at SMK Sultan Agung MOjokerto. The result show that nearly half of each class XII student of SMK Sultan Agung Mojokerto have an average level of knowledge, and good level in knowledge of drug abuse. The conclusion is students' knowledge about drug abuse in SMK Sultan Agung MOjokerto is less. Be suggested for the school to make cooperation with the UKS to socialize about drug. For the health center should be designed in the form of health education about drug constantly and continuously to high school students and vocational. As for the next researcher to do further research to analyze the various factors with drug abuse in high school students / SMK.
