Dermatitis Atopic, a kind of chronic skin disease that happens a lot in the world, tend to be increased in number and relativelY difficult to treat. Most of them appear along with another atopic condition sucb as Hoy and asthma. The cause is not clearlY understood ),et. It's thought 10 be the combination of genetics and environment. Ma'!Y says that there's emotional jactor involved. It's not the cause 0/ the disease but it worsen or triggers the relaps. People of Dermatitis Atopic with anxious kind of personallry have prone 10 relapse easier than those wbo are 1I0t. This sturfy figured out whether the degree of Dermatitits Atopic manifestation is correlated with the score 0/ anxious scale 011 MMP! 0/ the Dermatitis Atopic female patients in Dr. Soetomo Public Hospital SlIrabq)'a. The method nias analYtical sturfy with cross sectional approach, started from Jlllj 2009 until Desember 2009. The datas was taken from policlinics of Skin and Venereal Desease Departmmt of Dr. SutOtJIO Public Hospital Surabqya. Fivery three sampleJ nere taken, wbite 1 of them were failed due to high inua/id /lIMPI score. The restdi showed that there tuas significant correlation between the degree of Dermatitits Atopic lIIanifestation with the score of anxious scale on MMPI of the Dermatitis Atopic female patients. The correlation was medium to high.
