Angka Konversi Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru yang Diobati dengan Obat Antituberkulosis (OAT) Paket Kategori Satu di BP4 Garut

One of the efforts to eliminate lung tuberculosis program is the achivementofthe conversion number which have the minimum number about 80% in first phase, especially for the BTA positive. Conversion rate is the percentage of positive pulmonary TB patients who experienced a negative conversion after undergoing intensive treatment period. In BP4 Garut in the beginning of year 2005, the achivement of converstion number is 50.S%.The research has been done by descriptive method about the conversion number of lung tuberculosis which already get anti tuberculosis drugs category one on February 2008 in BP4 Garut. Obsevasional research methods are intensive phase of treatment performed on 44 patients with positive pulmonary TB during the 2 months, then continued with advanced stage given three times a week for 4 months and inspected every month. The spacement was sputum which produced in the morning by 44 patients of lung tuberculosis which positive acid fast. From the result of this research hopped that can be informed to the people who work in the health side on that area for the research things to prevent the lung
