Peningkatan Kadar HDL (High Demsity Lipoprotein) Tikus Jantan (Rattus Norvegicus) dengan Diet Tinggi Lemak dan Pemberian Susu Kedelai Hitam (The Improvement of High Density Lipoprotein Level in Rats (Rattus Norvegicus) With High Fat Diet and Black Soybean Supplementation)
Prevalence of vascular atherosclerosis in Indonesia was improving, not only in human but also in animal. The most important cause of this disease is high cholesterol blood level. The aim of this study was to know effect of black soybean supplementation to HDL level in rat induced by high fat diet. Twenty four male white Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) divided into three groups randomly, were given high fat diet to induce hypercholesterolemia condition. The first group (PO) was given high fat diet and aquadest treatment, the second group (P1) was given high fat diet and black soybean milk feeding, and the third group (P2) was given standard diet and black soybean milk feeding. Hypercholesterolemia condition was gained after feeding high fat diet content for 4 weeks proceed with 3 weeks black soybean supplementation. The blood was taken out intracardial and then HDL level in blood serum was measured. Data analyzed by Analysis of Variant (Anova). The result showed HDL blood serum level in PO was 20.88 ±1.246; P1 was 28.00±2.726; and P2 was 25.38±2.504, which was different significantly between group PO and P1,P2 (p
