Curcuminoid is a secondary metabolite found in Curcuma domestica that can be used to treat rheumatic disease. The aim of this study is to know the effect of curcuminoid from Curcuma domestica Val. extract to the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the synovial fiuid of osteoarthritic joint, Diclofenac sodium was used as comparison.
