Perbandingan Kelancaran Jalannya Persalinan antara Ibu Hamil yang Mendapat Latihan Yoga dengan Ibu Hamilyang Mendapat Latihan Senam Hamil
Physical rountine in breath relaxation and mediation that learned by doing yoga can increased and replays the circulation system to oild of the cells body. Breath training that doing in the right way in yoga is really useful to increase the blood circulation and rebuild the circulation to makes hpoxia intrauterine can be decreased. The aim of research is to determine the smoothness in delivering babies between a pregnant women that does yoga training and another pregnant woman that does antenatal exercise. The smoothness process in deliverng a baby would be researched in some cases, such as: time for the first phase that is in active phase, time for second phase, the consition of perineum and the condition of the baby that was deliveed. The study found that there was a sigificant difference on the active phase of the first phase of the labor (p=0.00) and perineum condition (p-0.00). The second phase of the labor was not different between exercise group and yoga group (p=0,19). Condition of the newborn between exercise group with yoga group have different significantly (p=0.018). The yoga training gives good effect on the first phase during the delivery perineum condition, and condition of newborn. Yoga should be compare as an antenatal practice, and the research should be countinued with randomize control trial design.
