Penetapan Kadar Cilastatin dan Imipenem dalam Sediaan Injeksi Kering Secara Spektrofotometri Derivatif (Determining of Cilastin and ImipenemConcentration in the Dry Injection Preparate by Derivative Spectrophotometry)
The determining of Cilastin and Imipenem concentration in the dry injection preparate by spectrophotometry with the use of peak to peak and size of derivative peak spectrum have been conducted in laboratory. The application of both systems were normal absorption spectra, first, second and third spectra. Based on the finding spectra, the wavelength of peak to peak of cilastin and imipenem were determined. The results showed that the recovery test by peak to peak for imipenem is 98,89% - 101,09% and cilastin was 98,85% - 101,95%. By calculation of the size of absorption peak of derivative spectrum, the results are 99,46% - 101,59% forimipenem and 99,90% - 101,96% forcilastin. Precission data of cilastin and imipenem mixture showed relative standard deviation ofimipenem 1,01% and cilastin 1,92% by the peak to peak method. By the size of peak derivative absorption method 0,856% for imipenem and 1,93% for cilastin.
