Pertumbuhan Kuman Gram Positif dan Gram Negatif pada Media dari Ekstrak Daging Sapi dan Ayam Dibanding dengan Nutrigen Agar

The research studied the growth of gram positive and gram negative of bacteria in media extracts of beef and chicken as compara .wIth nutriant Agar. The best media for the growth of bacteria is a medium containing organiC substances such as stew meat, and vegetables. It is known that the media ara widely used in microbiology laboratory ara extract broth and meat broth agar (Buckle, 1985; DwldJoseputro, 1998).
The study was experiment rasearch with group random design. The population ara the media from beef extract and chicken to order as comparad with nutrient media Agar to the fertility of the growth of germs. The data was analyzed by Anova One Way. The result of study was no differances among the group of media to grow the germs. That was mean Escherichia call, Pseudomonas aeruginose, Staphylococcus auraus can graw In media extracts of beef, chicken meat extract and
Nutrient Agar. 0
