Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 local strain which is cultivated on coconut water medium is known aseffective bioinsecticide in controlling Anopheles sp., Aedes sp., and Culex sp. larvae. Community empowering process can not be separated from the learning process to improve the knowledge so that the public understands and accept an innovation as an effort to boost the active participation of community in malaria vector control. The purpose of this research is to enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and practise of the community about malaria as an effort to encourage community participation in controlling mosquito larvae malaria vector with Bacillus thuringiensis H-14 local strain cultivated in coconut water media.
