The first time breastfeeding for newbom is the most important to accelerate or stimulate milk production and improve uterine contractions so that it can accelerate the process of uterine involution. The main purpose of study was known the relationship between giving early breast milk feeding with involution uterine of matemal postpartum at the 7'h day. The study was a cross sectional analytic. The population was all normal postpartum matemal during the month of May to June, while the sample is part of the population, as many as 32 people. Technique data collecting by observation, while the instrument of observation sheet. Test results were analyzed using Fishers Exact Test with () = 0.05. Conclusion of this research was the relationship between early breast milk feeding with involution uterine of matemal postpartum at the t" day at S.pS Sri Widajati Amd.Keb, Kawedanan Magetan. It is recommended: to do research on other variables that affectuterine involution.
