Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa di Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekes Kemenkes Surabaya
Education is a conscious effort to cultivate the human resources potential through teaching activities. The. success of student learning is determined by several factors, from inside or internal factors as well as students- and from outside or external factors. Internal factors related to physiological factors and psychological factors such as emotional intelligence. The result of preliminary study of 120 students majoring in Midwifery Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya are emotional intelligence, most have acquired emotional intelligence at the level necessary improvements where emotional intelligence value S 40. To obtain a view of the psychological conditions that affect student learning achievement- it is necessary to do research on the relationship of emotional intelligence (El) with students' learning achievement.
