Dental carries is dental disease that often faced by the society especially children because of their habis of consuming sweet food and five less attention to mouth dental deanliness. This disease is a progressive chronic disease that may happens in several months until several years and its cleanliness is caused by several factors such as food, dental condition, bacteria and time when the events happened. Effects that can be caused are dental polyp to children, dental arrangement is not neat and may cause complication in the form of infection to eye and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this research is finding out the relationship between mother knowledge level about dental carriers with dental carries treatment to under five years old with correlation descriptive study research method. The sample of this research is mothers of children under five years old that experiences carries dental at local govemment clinics in Sidoatjo, and the total number is 20 persons with purposive sampling sample taking technique and it consists of two variables that is dependent and independent. Data proceSSing is done by using chi-square test analysis with meaning level p=0,05. From chi-square testenetysis. x' count is 10,59 and x' table is 9,488, with df=4. Since x' count is bigger than x' table, then it is found out that th~re is a relation between mother knowledge level about dental carries with dental carries treatment at children five years old.
