Beberapa Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Preeklamsi di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebhu Bangkalan
In people with pre-eclampsia risk of preterm delivery gained 2.67 times as large, labor-made 4.39 times more, perinatal mortality 4.9 times larger and have a higher tendency to have a baby with LBW (Iow birth weight). Until now the main cause of the occurrence of pre-eclampsia of pregnancy is not known with certainty. However, many theories put forward as a fador predisposing the occurrence of pre-eclampsia of pregnancy that is theories about matemal age, gravida status, excessive uterine distension, a disease that accompanies pregnancy and matemal nutrition. The aim of study to knowing the influence of matemal age, uterine distension and the diseases that accompany pregnancy on the incidence of preeclampsia in hospitals Syarifah Ambami Ebu Bangkalan Rata. The population is all women who had pre-eclampsia in the Hospital Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan in 2008, sample is selected by simple random Sampling. Data analyzed by multiple regression statistical test. The result is there is a relationship batween matemal age, the distended uterus with the incidence of preec/apsia. There is no relationship between the diseases that accompany pregnancy with the incidence of preeclampsia in hospitals Syarifah Ambami 'Rato Ebhu Bangkalan in 2008. Recommended to the Midwife is to make detection of pre eclampSia in pregnant women, in order to prevent the occurrence of severe pre-eclampsia, and to improve counseling to pregnant women about pre-eclampsia and what to do mother in order to avoid the occurrence of eclampsia at delivery.
