Hubungan Usia Klimakterium dengan Angka Kejadian Kanker Endometrium di URJ Onkologi RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya

Endometrial cancer can strike all ages, especially more than 50 years of age, the higher the age the higher the woman's endometrial cancer risk occurs. Approximately 75% of endometrial cancers occur in over 50 years of age. Preliminary Study Results at clinik out patient Gynecology Oncology at Dr. Soetomo Hospital in April 2010, from 10 patients with endometrial cancer, as many as eight people (80%) on climacterium age (45-65 years). The aim of this study to analyze climacterium with the relationship between age, the incidence of endometrial cancer is a cross-sectional study. Samples were taken by using stratified random sampling of 23 patients with endometrial cancer and 23 patients which are not endometrial cancer. Data be analiazed using Chi-Square. The results are then tested using cht-sqosre test Conclution, HO is rejected with HI received which means there is a correlation between age climacterium with incidence of cancer at
age climacterium endometrium. >
