Kepatuhan Bidan Penerapan Penggunaan Partograf di BPS Anggota IBI Ranting Surabaya Utara

One standard of Normal Maternity Care is partograph to make clinical decisions as an introduction to the disruption of efforts to childbirth or complications early 50 that it can provide the most appropriate measures and adequate. In the year 2007 showed 33.33% that midwives have not used partograph on every farm labor. The purpose of this study is to reveal in obedience the application of partograph by midwives. The design of study is a descriptive cross sectional. The population is all the midwive's members of 1B1 BPS Branch North Surabaya. Samples are 32 midwives who selected by purposive sampling of 11 BPS. The results of the 11 BPS majority of midwives in the charge sheet did not comply with front and rear partograph and nearly half of midwives obedience in filling the front and rear sheets partograph. And most midwives are not obedient in applying the use partograph consistently on all maternity patients, but nearly half are obedient in apP'King the use of midwives partograph consistently on all maternity patients. Conduded that the majority of midwives who are not obedient in applying pattograph use in filling the front and rear sheets partograph well as non-compliant in implementing the use of partograph consistently on all maternity patients. Suggestions for midwives: in order to comply with standards of care in carrying out normal deliveries in all maternity patients and apply the use of partograph consistently.
