Preliminary Study Results at BPS Farida Hajri in Surabaya on 11 to 20 March 201(}, from 15 postpartum mothers found that nearly half (40%) had insufficient milkproduction when expected all postpartum mothers have enough milk so that it can meet the nutritional needs of infants. The problem this research is still low postpartum mothers have enough milk production and aims to analyze the relationship between breast-feeding technique and milk production in postpartum mothers. This research is an analytical study - cross-sectional study with a population of puerperal women throughout the period 19 April2010 until May 16, 2010 tsken by way of purposive sampling, 34 people. The source of primary data by questionnaire as instrument study and observation sheet The independent variable is the technique of breast-feeding, and milk production is the dependent variables. Then, the analyze using exact Fisher test. The result showed that the majority of postpartum mothers breast-feeding techniques are correct and nearly half are doing wrong feeding techntques. and there is a relationship between breast-feeding techniques with
