Husband's knowledge about the pregnancy will affed her husband's participation in the pregnancy. Husband's participation in a pregnancy is very important, but this time the husband's participation is still very low. From the preliminary study on the BPS Friends of Women on March 5, 2010, from 10 pregnant women who do Antenatal Care (ANC), there are five pregnant women delivered their husbands. Of the five husbands, only one person who knew about the pregnancy well and three people adive!y participate in pregnancy. Under these circumstances, it is necessary to do research in order to know the relationship between knowledge of pregnancy with her husband about her husband's participation in a pregnancy at BPS Women Companions of Surabaya. This study uses cross sectional analytic method with a population of all the husbands of pregnant women who do antenatal care at BPS Women Companions Surabaya in February 2010. The ~mple drawn by random sampling technique ststemstk: The data be analyzed with Fisher's exsct test. The result was a correlation between husband's knowledge of pregnancy, with husband's participation in pregnancy. The recommended are midwives provide health education (HE) to the husband about the pregnancy and provide counseling to the couple about the importance of participation of husbands in pregnancy.
