Low Birth Weight (LBW/BBLR) target set at the target nutrition improvement program. to Healthy Indonesia 2010 is 7%. Data of Dinas Kesehatan of Magetan were mothers who delivery of low birth weight baby is highest at Kecamatan Plaosan was 21 births (9.05%). The aim of the study to know the relationship of upper arm circumference (ULA) trimester III of pregnancy with birth weight in the BPS Kecamatan Plaosan working area. This is a correlational study, with an analytical cross sectional study design. Population in this study were pregnant' women Inpertu with gestational age 37-42 weeks in three working areas BPS Kecamatan Plaosan. Sample selected by random sampling proportional technique. Analysis of the results of the study used statistical tests and Pearson product moment correlation. The results is a correlation between the size of the upper arm circumference third trimester pregnant women with a birth weight infants:
