Abstract. Giving birth is a physiology process that enables several changefor mother to giving birth the baby into way of birth sometimes giving birth must be hed by surgey (Section Caesarea) in certan pregnancy compication. Mother with sectionCaesarea are mously having increase of anxiety that usually caused by less knowledge aboutgives birth by section caesarea .. The objective study is to know about difference ofknowledge levels with anxiety levels beforeand here after given counseling of mother who s will have section caesrea in Wangaya hospital. These are benefit to paramedic in giving the information about section caesareato minimize the anxiety of section caesarea surgey. These are benefit to know the difference of knowledge level wath anxiety levels befor and her after given counseling of mat he I; who is will have section caesarea in Wngaya Hospital at 2008. To analyse the data used Wilxocon signed rank test tecnic conlructively SPSSResut of test anallyse with the summry eveltest ofWilxocon with a =0,05 get a result which significance with significance rule 0,000 it means Ho pushed a way,Ha accepled it means that there was difjince 01 knowledge level wath anxiety level befor and here after given counseling of mother who is will have section caesarea in Wangaya Hospital at 2008.1n Wangaya the women knowledge level given counseling is mild and the anxiety is severe. The women knowledge level after iven counseling is good and the anxiety level is mild.So the women anxiety level during giving birth will be increasing ifhey don't understand with what was happening 10 the himself or with what was spoken to them.
