NGO, businessman, professional organisastion, government and police. It was match with need and health problem occur this time. Monitoring and evaluation it was important 10 do for this model, it was to agreed together. expecially for aggrement input, process and output. Health promotion for HIVIAIDS was effective if using both model movement building dan entrepreneurialism, because this model was useful to prevent and how to care people with HIV AIDS.
