Abstract. Pneumonia is the most serious disease and the most danger/or the children less than the other infection ofrespiration trackfor childern under 5 year. There is the clinic form of baby who infected by pneumonia is cought, hard to breathing.fever, chestpain when take a breath. 1f a baby infected by pneumonia will make baby uncomfortable. Which one when take a sleep or rest. If baby with pneumonia uncomfort to sleep will make disturbing grow and developer of baby, without take a sleep it will not grow optimal. The kinds of research is category ofdescriptif, this research was done at childern ward sanglah general hospital from l" may until 31 th June 2008, the research got sample from 56 person who to present o.f30 person male and 26 personfemale, base on this researchfram 56 kinds of this cause who most disturb rest of baby is the nursing act and cougth, based on nursing act in order more carefully when do a nursing act in order baby who take sleep not disturbed anfor the family always accompany and moved hersleep position.
