Abstract: Factors With Malnutrition in Infant on Lampung. Malnutrition in infants due to several factors, either directly or indirectly. This study aims to determine the relationship between birth weight, infant food intake (energy and protein), age and sex of the baby, immunization, infectious diseases, maternal education, maternal employment and the number' of household members with a state of malnutrition in infants. The design used was cross sectional. The data used are secondary data from Basic Health Research 2007. Population is the baby in the research area of Lampung province and the sample is a baby that has a complete data are consistent with the objectives of this study arid was selected as many as 148. babies. Statistical analysis used was univariate, bivariate with chi square. The proportion of infants who suffer malnutrition of 12.2%. The results showed that factors associated with malnutrition in infants is an infectious disease (p value = 0.014) with a value of 3.828 OR. Parties health agencies in the region of Lampung province should be able to cooperate across sectors and programs for handling infectious diseases problems in infants so that the problem of malnutrition in infants can be prevented. making Posyandu activities include increasing coverage baby weighing, immunization, vitamin A, health education and nutritibn services and. monitor the baby's growth.
