Stres Kerja dengan Kejadian Hipertensi pada Guru-Guru SMP dan SMA di Perguruan Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung
Abstract: Job Stress With Hypertension in Colleges of AI Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Hypertension is one of the important cardiovascular disease in Indonesia, because the cause of death. Hypertension may occur due to various factors, including job stress. Sorrie risk factors for hypertension such normal stress factor is a factor that almost everyone experienced. The goal of research to analyze the relationship of work stress with incident hypertension in middle and high school teachers in colleges of AI Kautsar Bandar Lampung. This study uses cross-sectional study design. Number of samples in this study are taken as many as 51 people in total sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The variables studied were hypertension and job stress. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test (= 0.05) to determine the relationship and the correlation coefficient to determine the closeness of the relationship between job stress and incidence of hypertension. Results showed the prevalence of hypertension was found among 27.5% of teachers, and teachers who experience job stress by 37.3%. Analysis of job stress with hypertension showed no statistically significant relationship (p = 0.033). Closeness of the relationship between job stress with the incidence of hypertension is weak (Ki = 0325). To control for job stress, stress management control needed to be done by the organizations and individuals, in the form of redesigning jobs or leisure activities together.
