Kulit Sensitif Kajian Faktor-Faktor yang Berpengaruh dan Patogenesisnya

Sensitive skin is an increasing of sensifiv;(y reaction of the .skin that causes discomfort sensation. It is a syndrome which is sometimes diagnosed by patients without any objective symptoms and signs. The symptoms for sensitive skin may vary from one patient to the other, like; impaled, bumed or itching. The causes of the syndrome could be UV fight, hot, cold, wind, soap, water, pollutant, psyches, endogenic hormones and mostfy due to daify products like prolonged using of cosmetics and toiletries. The etiology is not known yet but believed that these phenomena caused by increasing of stratum comeum permeabifity and the speed of neuron responses. Survey found that 51.4% female and 38.2% male were respectively had a sensitive skin whife 10% female and 5.B male were respectively had strong sensitive skin. Factors that influence of the syndrome are sex, age, raciallefhnics, anatomic region, culture and environment. This also can be influenced by psychological disorder and history of atopic.
