Perbedaan Gambaran Radiologi Foto Thorax Perokok Non Filter (Kretek) Dibandingkan dengan Perokok Filter

Smoking increases the risk of death by 70% compared to nonsmokers. Mortality in smokers 5-8 times earlier than nonsmokers. These health problems can be caused by nicotine from cigarette smoke inhaled by smokers. Several studies have shown levels of tar, carbonmonokside, nicotine and particle in higher cloves cigarette filters. The impact of substances contained in cigarette smoke is inhaled may cause respiratory tract of lung examined from chest x ray. The problem formulation in research what there difference between smoking filter from kretek cigarettes compared chest x ray? This research metode was cross sectional between smoking filter cigarettes compared to chest x ray which are grouped thorax normal, mild, moderate, heavy. The number of research subjects comprising 59 people, 38 people (63,3%) smokers filters and 21 people (36,7%) smoke cigarettes. These data contingency lambda test statistic. The results showed non significant correlation between smoking filter Cigarettes compared non filtercigarettes in chest x ray and their relationship is very weak (p: 0,150 and r: 0,00).
