Gambaran Dematografi Tangan Pasien Skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Sambang Martapura Kalimantan Selatan (Pulmur Dermatogliphic Profile in Schizoprenic Patients at Sambang LiLibum Mental Hospital, Martapura, South Kalimantan)
Hand dematogliphic is a pattern of skin in hand redius and palm. Skizophrenia is a psychosis with disturbance in personality, distorted though, and perception distrubance. However, psychosis with disturbance in personality, distorted thought, and ception disturbance. However, congitive and intellectual capacity are usually not disturbed. This study aimed to describe hand dematoggliphic profile of skizophrenic patients and compare it with non skizofrenia persons. An analytic study was conducted at Sambang Uhum Mental Hospital Martapura, South Kalimantan, 32 skizophrenic patients were taken as study subjects, and 32 persons without skizophrenia as control. The data was analyed using chi square test for finger ridge pattern and independent t test for total finger ridge count and fluctuating asymmerty. There was statisticcally significant difference in total fingger ridge count (p>0.05) and in fluctuating asymmerty (p>0.05). There is statistically significant difference in finger ridge pattern between skizophrenk patients and non-skizophrenik persons.
