Kombinasi Eksisi Luas dan Tandur Kulit Preserved Subcutaneous Vascular Network pada Basalioma (Combination of Wide Excision and Preserved Subcutaneous Vascular Network Skin Graft in Basalioma)
Basalioma is the mosttccmmon type of skin cancer from basal cell nutation, which is locally invasive, agresive and destructive, but very limited to metastasize. The choice of treatment for basolioma with agresive growth is wide excision with PSVN skin graft for lesion or skin flap smaller lesion. To evaluate electivity of wide excision with PSVN skin graft on basolioma treatment. A-52 year old woman came with chief complain 4 mm black patches on her forehead since 5 years ago, became wider, sometimes itchy and bleed, but no pain. There was hyperpigmentation macule, well demarcated border, 2 cm in diameter, with black necrosis and hemmoragic crusts on frontalls region. No regional lumph node enlargement or sign of nerve abnormality On FNAB examination, there was island of basal cells, palisading arrangement at the periphery, with oval and monoton nucleus. These patient was treated with wide exclusion until 4 mm from the edge of the lesion and PSVN skin graft from the trunk and also giving oral antibiotic. This case was superficial-type basaliqma and was treated with wide cxcision and PSVN skin graft. The sign of infection, bleeding and scar on the operation suture was evaluated. One week after wide cxcicion, the skin graft was take with minimal scar.
