(TNI) is a new branch of sciene that has Psychoneuroimmunology evolved in the last 40 years to study the relationship between psycho, immunity, the endocrine system, centrsl and peripheral nervous systems. PNI could be related to skin diseases like stopic dermatitis, psoriasis vulgaris, urticaria, and acne vulgaris. Than skin diseases like atopic dermatitis vulgaris, urticaria, and acne vulgaris, urticaria, and acne vulgaris. That skin disease can be caused by stress and may produce stress. Knowledge of PNI perhaps could reduce exacerbation of skin disease that can improve quaality of life. The factors can induce the stress is called stressor, Stress that released CRH from hypothal: mus can induce anterior hipofise release ACTH which induce adrenal cortex release glucocorticoid hormone system is bidirection, signal from the skin to brain with vagal nurve and soluble cytokine, inclube interleukin IL 6, II I and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)α,. Internal and eksternal neurosensory signal or stressor can activate signal from brain in the skin HPA. The dermatology therapy of stressed induced beside with dermatology therapy standart, should be added with non dermatology therapy. Non dermatology therapy could divide to nonpharmacology therapy and pharmacology therapy. The management of stressed induced dermatology therapy could be improved withbettr understanding of PNI.
