The condition of poor household of Situbondo Regency that is coastal area is as much as 50, 69% one of healthy service conducting for society held in Pblic Health Center is teeth and month health service. To describ teeth and mounth service in Public Health Center of Situbondo Regency can be made teeth and mouth health service profile. This profile induced some demography data of Situbondo Regency, public Health Center of Situbondo Regency Resource data derived based on health profile report of Situbondo Regency indormation based on geography location of Public Health Service is showed by using information system based on geography or it is called Geography Information System (GIS). GIS have ability to display apatial and non spatial information chronically Method that are used in is sum of demography data public Health Center data and Situbondo map. Furthermore that data process able using PC and Mapinfo profession 7.0softwre. The result is profile of teeth and mouth health srvice in public health center at Situbondoregency based ongeography location. This profile can be used as planning base, decision taking, activity or program conducting and also as base information of monitoring controling and evaluating from each program of teeth and mount heath for the society of Situbondo Regency.
