Prediksi Skala Indeks Artroplasti pada Gonartrosis Akhir (Siaga) untuk Menilai Keberhasilan Penggantian Sendi Lutut
Knee replacement (KR) is an expensive operation, in order to have cost effective benefit, a predictor for the operative outcome is required. SIAGA (Skala Indeks Artroplasti pada Gonarfrosis Akhir) prediktor score model and SIAGA zurvival prediction can be used as predictor for outcome result in knee arthroplasty. The ambispective kohort study was performed on 189 KR operation for 181 artrits patients at Siaga Raya Hospital Jakarta period 1990-2003, using survival analysis. Diagnostic and rellability test. The results were as follow ratio female male 4.1:1. The age between 44-97 years old with an average 66.4 years old. Survival rate as much as 170 cases, loss to follow up 15 cases and death 2 cases. The PSL survival analysis for degerative gonarthosis remains at 96.6% but the survival analysis for rheumatoid arthiritis decreaced from 95% to 85%. The COX regression analysis are significant for all diagnostic variables: gender age, stage, bone mass index, underlying disease, previous therapy, and body mass index. The reliability values SIAGA A1 prediction, SIAGA A2 prediction, SIAGA B1 prediction and SIAGA B2 prediction were achieved agrement value in B2-91% range 0,2-05 range and p=0.000, We condlude the SIAGA prediction can be used as predictor for knee anthroplasty outcome.
