Pengaruh Pemberian Clomiphene Citrate atau Letorzole terhadap Foliket Endometrium dan Lendir Serviks (Uji Klinik pada Perempuan Intertil dengan Gangguan Ovulasi WHO II)

To compare the follicle diameter, the number of nature Follicle, quality of endometrium, quality of mucus cervix and a success rate of ovulation between clomiphene cirate (CC) and letrozole. Randomized controlled double blind trial was done parallel design non matching from Spetember 1st, 2007 until January 31st, 2008 in Dr, Kariadi General Hospital Semarang. Fourty infertile 31st, 2008 in Dr. Kariadi General Hospital Semarang. Fourty infertile women with on ovaluation WHO II were eligible as subject, divided into 20 subject each according block randomisasion. Dependent variables were CC(50mg/day) and letrozole 2.5 mg/day) given on day 3-7 of the menstrual cycle. Independent variable were the follicle diameter, the number of nature follicle, quality of endometrium, quality of mucus cervix and a success rate of ovulation that comparable between groups.
