Prevalensi Infeksi Klamidia pada Jaringan Serviks dan Jaringan Tuba dan Sebarannya Menurut Faktor Demografi dan Faktor Risiko Lain di Kalangan Pasien Kehamilan Tuba Terganggu (Studi Epidemiologi di RSCM)
Main goal of this research is to know the prevalence of Chlamydial infection using Polymerase Chain Reaction method (PCR) at cervix and tubal tissue, and along with this research we tried to find out tendencies according demographic factors and risk factors in patients with tubal pregnancy. Cross sectional. This research was tarted from March 2008 until August 2008 towards 25 research subjects who had fullfiled research criteria and had done removal of tubes with operation at Emergency Room Dr. Cipto mangunkusumo Hospital. All the research subjects had filled in agreement froms, and questioners based on anmnese and gynecological examination, then cervical tubal tissues were taken to detect Chlamydial infection using PCR method. Prevalence of Chlamydia infections at cervix and tubal tissue in patients with tubal pregnancies were 12% 13/25) and 4% (1/25). From anamnese and physical examination, there were tendencies increased risk of Chlamydial infection at cervix in patients age abose 31 years old. SD-SLP educational background, experienced first sexual intercourse at age above 21 years old. History of infectility, history of leukorrhea, history of urinary tract infection, and cervical infection during examination although not statistically significant.
