Kadar D-Dimer pada Ibu Hamil dengan Preeklampsia Berat dan Normotensi di RSUP Dr. Kariadi

To determine and analyze D-dimer level as a merker of severe preeclampsia. A cross sectional study using consecutive sample was done at the Obstetric Clinic (145). Emergrncy Room (ER) and Delivering Room (VK) of Dr. Kariadi Hospital, Semarang from May to August 2007. All pregnant women with gestational age > 20 weeks and met the criteria for severe for preclampsia and normotension were included in this study after fulfiling the inclusion criteria. All subjects gave informed consent to participate in this study. Sample for D=dimer measurement were taken from 3 cc of venous blood sampling mixed with lithium.
