Systemic Mastocytosis

A 49 year old women suffered hematemesis, abdominal discomfort, nausea, bloating, ascitespermagna, and weightloss. Also found tetracted paplilla mamma, left axilla limphadenopathy diagnoses as chronic fibrosis by anataomic pathologist, and andominal autaneus mastocytosis. Radiology examinations show osteolytic bone lesions in 11 th and 12 th costae, both clavicles, corpus vertebrae and pelvic. Laboratory examination presentsd increased erythrocytes sedimentation rate, blood urea nitrogen, inceased alfa 1, alfa 2 and gamma globulin, decreased in blood albumin. Endoscopic examinations presented fluid accumulation in gastrointestinal tract, filed to gastrointestinal tract biopsy. Laboratory examination, radiologic examination,abdomen iltrasonograph., and anatomy pathologgic examination was exluded bone mlignancy and/or metastatic, also multiple myeloma. These data highy indicated the diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis.
