Acute Shoulder Pain Followed by Flaccid Paralyse of Shoulder (Brachial Neuritis): A Learning From A case
Brachial neuritis is a rare syndrome effecing mainly the lower motor neurons of the brachial plexus and/or individual nerves or nerve braccihes. We present a case of 66 years old male with acute onset of hight shoulder pain for several days, and then folllowed by flaccid paralysis of this shoulder and parascapular muscles. It’s a quite typical scennario of brachial nutritis. It is prognosis is quite promising, not as motor neuron disease nor other autoimune entities. This article report one case of brachial neuritis with literature review.
