Studi Pembiayaan Kegiatan Program Promosi Kesehatan di Puskesmas

We conducted a Non intervention research with retrospective design in Mediun city and ngawi District, East Java, that included for Puskesmas. We collected data by systematic interview and cost formatting. Research result showed that total costs for health promotion activites in Padas Puskesmas is the highest as much as Rp 39.229.709.00. Followed with Demangan Puskesmas as much a Rp 18.841.840.00 Oro-oro Ombo Puskesmas Rp 18.630.420 and the lowest ngawi Puskesmas as much Rp 7.545.113.000. The difference depended on the kind of activities, working area, target quantities kind of activities, and health promotion equipments belonged of each puekesmas. Most of equipments for health promotion activities were financed by puskesmas itself (63-100%), except o one puskesmas was 90% from for poor Health Insurance Fund. All operational cost for activities in Madiun City wers 100% provided by Health District Office. However in Ngawi. District health Oddice provided only 11.530,5%. We recommended tthat the health promotion get an increase budget from goverment as one of prime trategy in health development.
