Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Ekonomi Rendah Predisposisi Preeklamsia
The objective of this study was to proof that pregnancy with low sociaeconomic status using elevation haemoglobin and hematocrit as parameter is one of predisposition factor of severe preeclamsia. The study was done in the Departement of Obstetry and Gynecology of Moewardi Hoapital in Surakarta. The design was a pospective observational study prospective with cross sectioal aproach. These are 2 groups of subjects consisting of 15 heavy pre=eclamsia cases 15 normal pregnancy. All of Subjects patients were hospitalized in the 3nd class. Some variables were match, such as the mother age and the pregnancy. The subjects are from 2 groups of primigravidas samples that have all the criterias. The sampling technics is purposive sampling. Result: te age of the mothers, the age of pregnancy, hemoglobin and hematocrit of the mother in severe pre-eclamsia and normal pregnant woman were not significant (p>0.05). The haemoglobin and hematotocrit in normal pregnant mother had a positive correlation. The haemoglobin and ematocrit of the heavy pre-eclamsia mother are positively correlated. The poor severe pre-eclamsia patients 3nd class (according to criterias of the poor from Ministry of Health) compare with the severe pre-eclamsia patients 1st and 2nd class were significant (p
