Implemantasi Manajemen Pemasaran dalam Rangka Membangun Citra (IMAGE) Masyarakat terhadap Puskesmas
In autonomy era public health center demanded become customer-driven goverment that paying attention on needs and wants their peoples, emphasize service satisfaction asped. Therefore, health centers shall be more focus on marketing concept than selling concept. To be marketing concept accepted and can be operated by public health center, than should be done marketing encompassed: 1)marketing was applicable to their specific situation and 2) health center manager must be educates to recognize the scope and complexity of marketing. Health center marketing management implementation done through steps, that were 1) health center marketing plan 2) health center marketing organization, 3) health center marketing implementation, and 4) health center marketing control. Health center marketing control. Health center marketing through some variables that were: paramedic workers, building and room, facilities, equipment and medication, activity result and service process. Health center manager and staffs must be understanding about marketing concept, internal marketing and interactive marketing in composing its merketing strategies. The task of health center manager in creating service excellence strategy in increasing people image on health center, be more satisfaction result-oriented.
