Faktor Risiko Infeksi Saluran Kemih pada Pertolongan Persalinan Spontan di RS Moh. Hoesin Palembang
To evaluate the effectof urine catheterization, vaginal touche, and fecal contamination during scoond stage of labor to urinarytract, and fecal contamination during secon stage of labor to urinarytract infection on normal spontaneous delivery. Departement of Obstetrics and Ginecology Faculty of medicine Sriwijaya University/ Mohammad Hoesin Hospital. This cross sectional study includes 100 participants whom took by consecutive sampling. A questioner was filled with data of frequency of catherization and vaginal touche, fecal contamintion during second stage of labor and urine sample was took by catheter at midstream. Urine sample then was screed with nitrite urine dipstict. Incidence of urinary tract infection on normal spontaneous labor is 10%. Risk factor such as catheterization, vaginal touche, and fecal contamination during second stage labor did not show statistical value, however after the adjusted logistic regression analysis was done vaginal touche shows significant relation with urinary tract infection (r0.544; p 0.019). Incidence of urinary tract infection on normal spontaneous labor is 10%. The frequency of vaginal touche effects the Incidence of urinary tract infection
