The aim of this research is to undertand the immunopathobiogenesis immune Response of broiler which are five hours transported. The objective of this study to investigate the level of cortisol and imunocompetent cells (cosinophil, basophil, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte cells) Research methede was using of 20 male brielers, this flock is divided into groups which are control and treatment group each divided into two groups which are high group and day group. Transportation as a stressor (5 hours) was exposed for treatment group. Dependent vriables were blood cortisol, different count of lecocyte (eosinophil, bsophil, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte cell).
