Ageing is association with decline in immune function (immunosenescence), a situation known to correlate with increase in evidence of cancer, infectious and degenerative diseases. Circulatory relations decreases with age and in recent years must interest has been focused on its immune modulator effect, because melatonin stimulates the production of progenitor cells for granulocytes macrophages. Acupuncture stimulation in some specific point succeed to increase progenitor cell and production of progenitor cells for granulocytes macrophages. Acupunture stimulation in some specific point succeed to increase progenitor cell and production of NK and CO4 + cell and inhibit CD 8-cells and so release of various cytokine, from NK cell and T-Helper lymphocytes also correlate acupuncture stimulation and increasing circulatory melatonin.
